Excellent and marvellous location, a super close walk to Old Town. And near to large local market that is a great place to visit. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a safe box, TV set, and a dining area in the room...

will definitely go back there again, nothing too much trouble, loved our stay. the hotel is upscale and ideal with excellent personnel who need to be better trained to understand customer service.

Thanks everyone for an AWESOME stay at Shangri La town. Warm room with humidifier, fantastic staff — everything was exceptional. The breakfast was perfect and good and there was lots of food to choose from. The location was good, right next to Old Town. Took a walk around city center, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and within walking distance of fresh food markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Becky, who assisted us in food ordering and tour programs.

Exquisite stay immersed in local culture

During my recent stay at a hotel in the beautiful city of Shangri-La, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in reflecting the local culture. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt like I was transported into a world rich in Tibetan-themed decor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the strong scent of toiletries and limited English-speaking staff, these did not detract from the overall positive experience. The hotel's beautiful landscaping provided a serene and peaceful environment, and the location was convenient with several shops within walking distance.

My thanksgiving stay at this hotel was very pleasant overall. I was impressed by the beautiful view of the city from my room. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the stay. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and offered easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

I did have some issues during my stay. the executive happy hour did not meet my expectations.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect if you're looking for somewhere convenient to stay. The mountains aren't too far away if you fancy some hiking, and there's a fresh food market nearby that sells delicious fruits. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the breakfast is fantastic. Plus, the views are breathtaking!

The air conditioning system does not work properly, which can make your stay quite uncomfortable on hot days.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were first-class, from the full body massages to the delicious in-room breakfast. The restaurant served exquisite cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind. The location was ideal with stunning views of the garden area and heated swimming pool, and the staff were always on hand to assist.

The only minor issue we encountered was a delay in service at the Spa & wellness centre. However, once we made the staff aware of the situation, they quickly resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

Clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, and free airport transfer. the hotel provides clean and spacious rooms that are perfect for a comfortable stay. They offer a complimentary airport transfer that adds convenience to the guests. the location is central with shops nearby and a 15-min walk to the old town - making it a great place for tourists.

Limited services for regular guests. They had a conference going on during our stay that caused all the resources to be allocated to it, leaving little support for other guests.
